It’s only another 6 weeks before 2020 opens in all its glory for us. With so much to do on the  personal side to get ready for the holidays and then the new year … its important to make time for your business too. What do you have to do to get your business ready for a new decade?

Once you’ve achieved a goal, you’re done with it. Goals tell us WHAT we need to do in order to get to a desired outcome. Using this formula will help you develop an Action Plan that will lead directly to your vision becoming a reality.

Oh, and of course BUDGETS. Everything we do to move our business and our lives forward requires thoughts and considerations around budgets. Which leads us directly to a Marketing Plan.

What is a Marketing Plan?

Simply put, it’s an operational document that outlines an advertising strategy that your company implements to generate leads and reach your target markets. The plan outlines marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Without a good marketing plan it makes it so much more difficult to set an accurate budget. And without an accurate budget, it’s  unlikely that your goals and vision become a reality.

As you see, one thing leads to another and they’re all entwined. There is so much involved and so much to do. Remember though, you’re not alone … you and your team don’t have to do all of this by yourself.
